We bridge the worlds of visionary Swiss watchmakers, global contemporary artists, and a diverse audience—especially women in emerging markets—empowering the next generation to shape luxury with purpose.

Supported by Maison Amahle, our goal is to provide education, mentorship, and resources to help 100 women from underrepresented backgrounds gain skills and opportunities within the luxury watchmaking industry, empowering them to contribute to and lead in this craft by the end of 2030.
